Installation of a Gas Stove

Our Customer wanted a centre piece chimney breast because the room was just a featureless plain square. They also wanted a log burner gas but has no flue.

  1. Removal of old fireplace
  2. Start of construction in concrete block
  3. Breast built with dummy black box for our template
  4. Plaster board dot & dab started
  5. Plasterboard complete leaving inglenook
  6. Coving and skirting boards re- instated and plaster finish applied
  7. Chimney painted finish and start of hearth being fitted.
  8. Hearth and chamber now fitted.
  9. Balance flue up and out stove fitted
  10. Quartzite slips fitted
  11. Solid wood mirror and mantle fitted
  12. Chamber down lights fitted
  13. Completed and working.

Great attention to detail and keeping us informed both at the planning stage (preparing templates etc.) and after the initial installations were completed when the fireplaces needed to be certified and commissioned into working order. And all within budget too.
